Dr. Terry Crystal is a retired GP with a passion for sport. He is renowned as a highly entertaining after-dinner and motivational speaker, leaving audiences throughout the United Kingdom and overseas with hilarious memories of a great evening.
From the Sevens in Hong Kong and the Rugby World Cup throughout Australia to the prestigious New York Athletic Club and the House of Commons, Terry Crystal’s quick wit and dry humour has been enjoyed by many.
England Rugby Union team doctor for 10 years and working with Sir Clive Woodward, England Head Coach, Terry Crystal has gained an enviable insight into sport at the highest levels.
He was involved in 83 internationals and supported all the England Tours in the 1990’s, including two World Cups – 1995 in South Africa and 1999 in Wales.
Terry Crystal also calls on his involvement as player and Doctor, having played more than 150 games for Harrogate Rugby Club and as long time captain of the York Unicorns. He has acted as Doctor for Leeds Tykes Rugby Union Team and is a former Medical Officer for Leeds United Football Club.
